Privacy policy

Magentyc is an AI marketing platform that researches your market, generates campaign content such as images, videos, and songs, and learns from what you publish. It is operated from magentyc.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

Account data: when you sign in, the account provider you use (currently Google) shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We never receive your password.

Enquiry data: when you request a brand video, we collect your name, work email address, and phone or WhatsApp number so we can respond and discuss the request with you.

Workspace content: the brand details, prompts, briefs, scripts, reference media, and uploads you add to your workspace, and the assets Magentyc generates for you.

Usage data: which features you use, credit consumption, and technical logs such as request timestamps and error reports, used to run and improve the service.

We use only what the service needs to work: cookies that keep you signed in and remember your session, and your browser's local storage, which keeps drafts and preferences on your device so your work is not lost between visits.

We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

We process personal data to perform our agreement with you (running your account and producing what you ask for), to answer requests you send us, for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and improving it, and to meet our legal obligations. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To provide the product: generating content you request, storing your assets, measuring credit usage against your plan, and showing you your own analytics.

To fulfill generation requests, your prompts and reference media are processed by trusted third-party AI providers acting on our behalf. They receive only what is needed to produce the result you asked for.

To communicate with you about the service, such as important account or product updates. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to advertise to anyone.

To respond to a video request, scope the work with you, and offer early platform access when appropriate. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

If you connect a third-party AI assistant to Magentyc through our connector, we confirm who you are when you connect and process the requests that assistant sends on your behalf. The same rules in this policy apply to that content. What you type into the assistant itself is handled by its own provider, under that provider's terms.

Generated and uploaded media is kept with our cloud storage providers and delivered over a content delivery network. Anyone with a link to one of your assets can open it, so treat those links as private unless you mean to share them.

We share data only with the service providers that make Magentyc work: AI model providers, cloud hosting and media storage, email delivery, and payment processing. Each receives only what its role requires. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

Some of the providers that help us run Magentyc process data outside your country. When they do, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, so your data keeps the same level of protection.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and its content at any time by contacting us, and we will remove it within 30 days except where the law requires us to keep specific records.

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to receive it in a portable format, or to restrict or object to how we use it. Write to us at the address below and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Traffic is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and credentials are never stored in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your content and account data as confidential.

Magentyc is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way we will update this page and the date above.
