Privacy policy

Magentyc is an AI marketing platform that researches your market, generates campaign content such as images, videos, and songs, and learns from what you publish. It is operated from magentyc.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password.

Workspace content: the brand details, prompts, briefs, scripts, reference media, and uploads you add to your workspace, and the assets Magentyc generates for you.

Usage data: which features you use, credit consumption, and technical logs such as request timestamps and error reports, used to run and improve the service.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

To provide the product: generating content you request, storing your assets, measuring credit usage against your plan, and showing you your own analytics.

To fulfill generation requests, your prompts and reference media are processed by trusted third-party AI model providers acting on our behalf. They receive only what is needed to produce the result you asked for.

To communicate with you about the service, such as important account or product updates. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to advertise to anyone.

If you connect an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude Code to Magentyc through our connector, we verify your identity through Google sign-in and process the generation requests that assistant sends on your behalf. The same rules in this policy apply to that content.

Generated and uploaded media is stored on our cloud media infrastructure and delivered over a content delivery network. Asset links are direct urls; treat them as private unless you choose to share them.

We share data only with the service providers that make Magentyc work: AI model providers, cloud hosting and media storage, and payment processing. Each receives only what its role requires. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and its content at any time by contacting us, and we will remove it within 30 days except where the law requires us to keep specific records.

Traffic is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and credentials are never stored in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your content and account data as confidential.

Magentyc is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.
