Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Magentyc, the AI marketing platform available at magentyc.com, including its AI assistant connector. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Magentyc on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company to these terms.

Magentyc generates marketing content, including images, videos, scripts, and songs, using AI models, and provides tools to research, plan, edit, and track campaigns. The product is under active development; features may change, improve, or be withdrawn.

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep access to your email secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance that is consumed by generation work such as video clips, songs, and assistant conversations. Credit costs per action are shown in the product. Credits reset with your billing cycle and unused credits do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise.

You keep ownership of what you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, of the content Magentyc generates for you. You grant us the license needed to host, process, and display that content in order to run the service. We do not use your content to promote other customers.

You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including other people's likenesses, trademarks, and music, and for how you use what you generate.

Do not use Magentyc to create content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful, to impersonate real people or organizations without authorization, or to probe, overload, or resell the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, may resemble other existing work, and may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions. Review everything before you publish it. Magentyc provides drafts and production tools, not legal clearance.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it fast and reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and scheduled generation providers may occasionally fail or be delayed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magentyc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You can stop using Magentyc and request account deletion at any time. We can suspend or end access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the product or by email, and the date above always reflects the current version. Questions: support@magentyc.com.
